These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ms. Honey-Do website and the services we provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
Ms. Honey-Do provides residential home services including deep cleaning, home organization, pet grooming and care, car detailing, errand running, and seasonal home preparation across Denham Springs, Walker, Watson, Central, Baton Rouge, and surrounding South Louisiana areas.
The specific scope of each service is outlined at the time of booking. Services not explicitly included in your booking are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Bookings may be made via our website contact form, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only after Ms. Honey-Do has responded with a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Pricing is as quoted at booking and may vary based on actual scope of work.
5. Access to Your Home
You must provide safe and reasonable access to your home. If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled time through no fault of Ms. Honey-Do, the appointment may be considered a no-show and cancellation fees may apply.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concern, including returning to correct any issue at no additional charge.
7. Liability
Ms. Honey-Do carries general liability insurance. If you believe Ms. Honey-Do has caused damage to your property, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the service performed.
8. Pet Safety
For pet grooming and care services, you agree that your pet is in good health and up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to stop a service if an animal becomes aggressive and poses a safety risk.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
